LOS PANDILERROS: the documentary
Los Pandilleros: The Documentary, is a tender and humorous cinematic portrait of a one-of-a kind place - La Pandilla, and its cheerful team whose bonds of work and friendships are unbreakable.
Fugace Studio collaborated with La Pandilla to create a longer-form documentary. Moving beyond the idyllic image of the island, this film turns its attention to La Pandilla’s cheerful and eclectic team — the people whose everyday work, personalities and relationships give the hotel its spirit. Through intimate observations of their daily lives, Los Pandilleros captures the humour, affection and occasional chaos of working closely together, where the boundaries between colleagues, friends and family begin to blur.
At its heart, the film is a portrait of a community: of the friendships formed through work, the rituals of a shared everyday life, and the people who transform a place into something that feels like home. A film about the plain stubborn tenderness of people who show up for one another, day after day.

LA PANDILLA Series
Ten rooms, ten short films.
La Pandilla is a boutique hotel made up of a collection of distinctive Casitas, conceived as spaces for people to come together. Fugace Studio collaborated with La Pandilla to create a series of intimate portrait vignettes around its Casitas. With its unique and playful architecture, rather than simply showcasing the rooms, each film captures the people, atmosphere and fleeting moments that give the spaces their character — creating small portraits of life lived within La Pandilla.
